Holyoke Elementary students learn in many ways each day. Today, learning activities included: science in the teacher's lounge to observe the different states of matter, singing along with a video and music to learn the 50 states, learning English on Chromebooks using Rosetta stone, sharing the joy of melody during circle time in music, direct teacher instruction and assessment for learning. We use a variety of formats and learning styles each day to keep learning interesting and engaging.
